Blanchardstown Centre is the core of shopping in Ireland. The centre is acknowledged as the highest growth region in terms of commercial and residential and industrial projects. The Blanchardstown Centre opened on October 16th 1996. The Centre is designed for shoppers, with a layout that is aimed at clarity and ease of orientation.
The Centre is fully let; it is trading well and is achieving strong customer loyalty. The reaction of shoppers to the environment and mix of tenants was instantly favorable and retailers have achieved levels of trade far in excess of their original expectations. The Centre is now valued at over 300 million Euros and turnover is approximately 1 billion Euros per annum.

In the first year of operation, the Centre attracted 10 million visitors. The Blanchardstown Shopping Centre has won a Purple Apple award from BCSC for its staging of Shaun Davey's orchestral work "The Pilgrim" narrated by Ben Kingsley. Also a Solar Marketing award from the International Council of Shopping Centers and Business through Tourism award from Dublin Tourism. Blanchardstown is now regarded as the highest growth region in terms of industrial, commercial and residential projects.The centre has a number of ground breaking initiatives to its credit. Primarily comes the development of nearly 300,000 square feet of retail warehousing.

It is acknowledged amongst property professionals that this retail warehousing is the forerunner of its type in Ireland.
